PASTOR’S  MINISTER’S CONFERENCE The Pastor's Conference was formed during a meeting with Reverend S. H. Hardaway,  Reverend C. P Long and Reverend A. T. Griffey, Sr.  Reverend Hardaway presented the idea as a result of attending a pastors' Conference in  Jackson Tennessee. After much praying and planning the Cumberland River, South  Kentucky Middle Tennessee Baptist District Association established its first Pastors'  Conference.  On April 12, 1971, the very first District Pastors' Conference was held at the Clarksville  Baptist School of Religion. The theme for the week was "New testament Church Policy."  The Guest Speaker was Dr. J.J. Stevenson who was the State Missionary of Kentucky  Baptist general Association, Paducah, Kentucky.
